Frankie Valli, Bob Gaudio, Tommy DeVito and Nick Massi –THE FOUR SEASONS – wrote their own songs, invented their own sounds and sold 175 million records worldwide – all before they were thirty. Did you know, for example, that Frankie Valli took his name from country singer Texas Jean Valley, and that she often referred to herself as Frankie's sister? That they are the only group to have a Top 100 Billboard hit in each decade of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and 90s? Or that Frankie Valli continued to drive an old car and live in a housing project until the mid-1960s, when success finally seemed real?
